Spred1遺伝子のノックアウトマウス。エクソン4の大部分をPGK-neoカセットで置換。ホモマウスは気道過敏症、好酸化球増加、曲尾 (kinked) 、短顔、空間学習記憶異常、CNS伝達異常を呈す。
Spred1 gene knockout mice. Most of exon 4 was replaced with a PGK-neo cassette. Homozygous mutant mice exhibit impaired spatial learning and memory, shortened head and kinked tail, and abnormal eosinophil physiology and increased airway responsiveness.
